We can advertise your home on the Realtor Multiple List service, (The MLS) and Realtor.com
You only pay the listing realtor a fixed ONE PER CENT of the sale pricep plus a commission of "whatever you choose" to the buyers agent.
If your buyer comes from ByUSAOwner marketing or from any other "for sale by owner" marketing you have done, including drive bys from the "for sale by owner" yard sign then no commission at all is paid to the listing realtor.
This program is designed to operate in parallel with the ByUSAOwner marketing system. We do this through associated agents at just a fixed ONE PER CENT listing fee to the listing agent and a co-op fee of "whatever you choose" to the buyers agent- If you want to offer one per cent, three per cent, or four per cent, then its entirely up to you.
Remember the MLS program is optional, and can be implemented at any time. This program is designed to operate in parallel with the ByUSAOwner for sale by owner marketing system and is only available to ByUSAOwner customers. If your purchaser comes from a real estate agent you will be obliged to pay the real estate commission you have offered.
